I can provide initial advice, write a report for you and attend at court or in an arbitration to give oral evidence for you, in relation to:

Any dispute where capital or rental valuation evidence is required.
Claims for personal injury relating to premises which may have been defective or dangerous.
Claims regarding poor housing conditions.
Claims of professional negligence involving surveyors, architects and solicitors.
What I do will be done in accordance with my standard conditions of engagement (link to standard conditions). I have had special training in writing expert witness reports, in giving evidence in court and in cross examination and am a member of the Society of Experts and the Institute of Experts. I am also accredited as an expert witness under the RICS Expert Accreditation Scheme (link to Adobe Expert Witness Registration Scheme Guide)
