A Building Survey
A more detailed look at any building - whether it's a house or a commercial building - with a detailed report explaining what work may need to be done now and in the future. This would be done in accordance with our own standard conditions. A Schedule of Condition: This schedule describes the condition of a building at a certain time, such as the beginning of a lease.
